Sometimes—even when you feel as though you’re in the wrong place or on the wrong path—space is being held for you in that place or on that path.
The place where you are meant to be, the path you are meant to walk, is more often than not, demanding, painful, complicated, and heavy. It can feel unrewarding, confusing, relentless, and complex. It can test you, challenge you, push you, and make you want to give up, or give in.
But it is meant to.
It’s not meant to be without challenge.
It’s not meant to be without adversity, complication, and frustration.
It’s not meant to be easy.
Accept and honour, that although certain parts are freshly paved, simple and smooth, others are not.
That although certain parts are straight, uncomplicated, and direct, others are not.
Yield in to knowing,
Yield in to understanding,
That just because it isn’t easy,
It doesn’t mean you’re in the wrong place or on the wrong path.
You just happen to be on the part of your path that offers you growth.
The part that lets you learn,
The part that leads you to exactly where you are meant to be.
And where you are meant to be is right where you are.
